Catalysis Hydrogenation and Catalysis Oxidation technique have been widely applied on our production lines. We have several products that could be mass produced.
Chlorination, Fluorination
Synco is also good at Chlorination and Fluorination technique. Several products, like CMP (2-Chloro-5-Methyl Pyridine), 2-Chloro-5-Hydroxylmethyl Pyridine, 2-Chloro-5-Trifluoromethyl Pyridine, 2,3-Dichloro-5-Trifluoromethyl Pyridine have been industrialized.
Bromination
Bromination and Control Oxidation are also our self-developed technique. They were used in our Agrochemicals industrialization production line.
Oxidation
Our Oxidation technique is a series Oxidation techniques that uses alcohol as basic material, bases on Air Oxidation techniques and Control Oxidation techniques to synthesize Ketone and Aldehyde. All these projects have already finished the lab development process and preparing to take pilot production;
Acid Chlorination, Ester Exchanging
Synco’s scientific research team developed Acid Chlorination and Ester Exchanging techniques and applied them in agrochemicals production line. m-Trifluoromethyl Acetophenone has also finished lab development process and preparing to take pilot production.
Cyclization, Resolution, Epimerization
Synco’s Resolution and Epimerization techniques are widely used in the equipments of producing R-Trans Chrysanthemic Acid and R-trans DV Permethric Acid.
Constant temperature controlling technic of reaction system
In commercial process of fine chemical products, Synco evenly controlled the temperature difference of reaction material within ±1℃. This technique eliminated the reaction error caused by temperature difference and solved constant temperature controlling problem in industrialization.
Successional Rectification Separation and Interim Rectification Separation
In the process of manufacturing API intermediates, Synco adequately analyzed all synthesis ingredients by simulating amplificatory experiment. This Successional Rectification technique was applied in our fine chemical products manufacturing process and realized the purity of 99.8%, impurity less than 100ppm and unknown impurity less than 0.1%.
